Livia Pasqualigo received her degree from the Turin University (International Law) and has been part of the firm since its establishment, in 1992. Her main areas of expertise are trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs, designs and copyright, litigation and contract matters related to Intellectual Property, and ADR proceedings.
Admitted to practice as Trademark Attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), she is Mediator in Civil and Commercial Disputes.
She has been a member of the Board of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute since 2019 and is in charge of its Trademarks Committee. Member of INDICAM, INTA – International Trademark Association and PTMG – Pharmaceutical Trademarks Group, she is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
